The raincoat looks so cute! I really like how stretchy the neck part is, so it’s easier to put it on your dog. The color blue is stunning and I also like how it has a reflective band on it. The only sad part about this was it was too big for my dog. Overall the quality is really good and it looks cute on any dog, especially with the hood up!
